Funes: Memory is a spaced repetition application (SRS) designed to help users study and memorize information effectively. The Application offers basic features free of charge and premium features through an optional subscription.

3. Use of the Application

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to access unauthorized systems or networks
• Interfere with the functioning of the Application
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy the Application without authorization

4. Premium Subscriptions

Some features of the Application are available through a premium subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings.

All intellectual property rights in the Application, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, belong to the owners of Funes: Memory.
